ULTRASONIC LEAK DETECTION AUDITS

HOW IT WORKS
The Process: Our technicians scan your facility to identify, quantify, and physically tag every leak—even those inaudible to the human ear.
The Deliverable: A detailed report pinpointing the exact location of each leak (with photos), the CFM loss, and the calculated annual dollar savings you will achieve by repairing them.
COMPRESSED AIR QUALITY TESTING
Clean air isn’t optional — it’s essential. Contaminants in your compressed air system can damage equipment, compromise product quality, and create safety hazards. Our Compressed Air Quality Testing, powered by Trace Analytics laboratory services, measures particulate levels, moisture content, oil vapor concentration, and microbial contamination to ensure your air meets ISO 8573 standards and your specific application requirements.
HOW IT WORKS
The Process: We collect air samples at critical points throughout your system using Trace Analytics’ certified testing kits. Samples are sent to their ISO 17025-accredited laboratory for comprehensive analysis.
The Deliverable: You receive a detailed air quality report showing contamination levels for particles, water, oil, and microorganisms, compared against ISO 8573 purity classes. The report includes pass/fail status for your required standards and recommendations for any corrective actions needed.
COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM DESIGN & INSTALLATION

HOW IT WORKS
The Process: We assess your facility’s air demand, evaluate your current piping layout, and design an optimized distribution system using Prevost’s aluminum piping and quick-connect fittings. Our technicians handle the full installation with minimal disruption to your operations.
The Deliverable: A complete, professionally installed compressed air piping system with documented layout, pressure drop calculations, and a warranty on all Prevost components. You also receive a system diagram for future reference and maintenance planning.
