End-User License Agreement

This Agreement governs the use of internal software tools developed by Michigan Air Compressor Technologies ("MACT").

This Software is an internal business tool. Access is granted exclusively to authorized MACT employees and contractors for internal business operations including timesheet auditing, invoice reconciliation, and service management.

The Software integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online and MaintainX. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall MACT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
